Blue Cheese Meatballs

Jaxon's most favorite meal on the planet is my Blue Cheese Meatballs.  I know, he's 7 but that kid LOVES blue cheese.  Loves it on steak.  He's got a very advanced palate I guess.  Anyway, he was away at dad's house for spring break and so for his return dinner, I made him his favorite.  Many people have asked for this recipe so here it is. Enjoy!

Blue Cheese Meatballs
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 TBSP sliced green onion
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup butter (unsalted works better!)
1/2 cup whipping cream

1. Combine beef with blue cheese, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt, and seasoned salt.  Shape into 12 (or so) meatballs.
2. Melt butter in skillet. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.  Cover skillet.  Cook over low heat for 5 min.
3. Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon and put in a serving dish.  Add cream to drippings.  Cook over medium to high heat, stirring, for about 2 min or until satiny.
4. Spoon glaze over meatballs.
